HEARHABIT

Terms of use

A clear understanding of what HearHabit offers.

Last updated ·

Purpose

HearHabit helps you organize care routines, keep personal notes and reflect on tinnitus observations. It does not diagnose or treat a condition, measure hearing thresholds, guarantee relief, provide emergency support or control medical hearing aids. Seek qualified care for health concerns.

Using sounds

Use a comfortable listening level and follow advice from your hearing professional. Stop playback if it causes discomfort. Listening time is counted while playback is active and unmuted; it does not verify what you heard.

Trial and purchase

The trial lasts 168 consecutive hours after you explicitly start it, followed by an optional one-time lifetime purchase. There is no subscription or automatic charge at the end of the trial. The purchase-information page explains access, restoration and platform limits. The store’s checkout terms apply to payment.

Records and backups

You are responsible for choosing what you record and share and for keeping backups you need. Review exports before sending them. Restoring a purchase does not restore locally stored records.

Store terms and consumer rights

Distribution, purchases and refunds are also subject to the relevant app store’s terms. For iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different agreement is shown by the store. Nothing here removes mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

Support and changes

Contact HearHabit support for technical questions. Feature availability can depend on device, operating system and store services. Future changes to these terms will carry an updated date.
