Read and export
Existing records remain readable and exportable after the trial ends. Review a report before sharing, and include personal notes only if you want to.
Delete individual records
Use the Delete action next to a journal, care, check-in or listening entry where available, and review any confirmation. Deleting an app record does not remove files already exported elsewhere.
Back up before changing phones
Use Backup & restore to save a backup in a place you trust. Backups may contain personal notes and are not encrypted by HearHabit. Restoring replaces the relevant records after review; keep a current copy first. Restored reminders are paused.
Remove local app data
Clearing the app’s storage or removing the app can remove records on that phone. Check your device backup settings and manually exported copies separately. Restore purchases restores access only, not your journal.
Manage reminders
Pause reminders in HearHabit or change notification permission in your phone settings.
Request help with personal information
Contact support for requests about support messages or purchase-verification information. Start with a brief description. We may need minimal information to verify a request; do not send health records, passwords or identity documents unless a specific secure process is agreed.
